10 days orientation program on JK SAMADHAN continues in Kistwar

KISHTWAR, AUGUST 02: In an ongoing effort to enhance public service delivery, an orientation program on the JK SAMADHAN unified grievance redressal system continues to make significant strides in the district.


Today a comprehensive training and awareness session was conducted at Conference Hall DC Office Kishtwar, targeting the staff of district and tehsil offices.


The session aimed to familiarize the officials with the functionalities and operational aspects of the JK SAMADHAN system, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of public grievances. The training covered various modules, including complaint registration, tracking, and resolution mechanisms, empowering the staff to better serve the community.


Officials expressed their commitment to leveraging the system to address citizens’ concerns promptly and transparently. The district administration reaffirmed its dedication to continuous capacity building and technological integration for improved governance.


The orientation program will proceed with further sessions scheduled to encompass all relevant administrative units, aiming for district-wide proficiency in utilizing the JK SAMADHAN system.
