1) Savandurga
Savandurga is a hill 60 km west of Bengaluru (Karnataka, India), off the Magadi road in India. It is the largest monolith hill in Asia.
The hill rises to 1226 m above mean sea level and forms a part of the Deccan plateau.
2) Ramanagara
Ramanagara is a city in the Indian state of Karnataka. It is also the headquarters of Ramanagara district. It is approximately 50 kilometres from Bangalore.
Famous Bollywood movie Sholay was shot in 1975 at the surrounding hills of Ramanagara now called Ramagiri hills but also has nickname of Sholay hills.
3) Antargange
Antara Gange (also known as Anthargange) is a mountain situated in the Shathashrunga mountain range in the southeastern portion of the Indian state of Karnataka, Kolar district.
Antara Gange means “Ganges from deep” in Kannada. It is about two miles from the town of Kolar and seventy kilometers from Bangalore. Antara Gange is famous for Sri Kashi Vishweshwara temple, also known as Kashi of South.
4) Makalidurga
Makalidurga is a hill fort situated near the village of the same name. It is 60 km north of Bangalore and 10 km after Doddaballapura on the way to Gauribidanur.
The fort at the summit has an old temple of Shiva with Nandi and in legend, Markandeya Rishi performed penance here.

Nandi Hills (Anglicised forms include Nandidurg and Nandydoorg) is an ancient hill station built by Ganga Dynasty in the Chikkaballapur district of Karnataka state.
It is 10 km from Chickballapur town and approximately 60 km from Bengaluru.

At a distance of 19 km from Ramanagara, and 60 km from Bangalore, Narayanagiri Hill is a mountain peak located at Jalamangala village in the Ramanagara district of Karnataka.
It is one of the lesser-known mountain peaks in Karnataka and among the popular one-day trekking trips from Bangalore.
7) Rangaswamy Betta
Bilikal Ranganatha Swamy Betta is a hill near Kanakapura town in the Indian state of Karnataka. It is located 70 km south of Bangalore city.
Atop the hill is a temple dedicated to Lord Ranganatha Swamy. The temple and an adjacent quarters is housed underneath a huge granite rock.
8) Kabbaldurga
Kabbaldurga is a ruined fort located in Ramanagara district, Karnataka. It is at a distance of 75 km from Bangalore.
As it is near Bangalore, it is a favourite trekking destination, which is a relatively easy trekking and night trekking is also undertaken by private groups.

Madhugiri Fort lies in Madhugiri which is in the Tumkur district in the State of Karnataka. Madhu-giri is a single hill and the second-largest monolith in entire Asia. The small town is at a distance of 100 kilometres (62 mi) from Bengaluru and is famous for its fort and temples.
Many tourists go to Madhugiri to visit the fort, which is famous for its architecture. The fort, perched atop the steep slope of a hill, was built by the Vijayanagar Dynasty.
