To be a nation service and security are two important points of this resolution. Security of every person and his property, every person’s future and every person’s rights. Shah further informed that the basic value in Civil Defense and Home Guard is Service, Swayam Sevak and the value of coming forward to serve the society.

This organization works to link the class of the society with the security and service of the society and to awaken this value is a responsibility of all of us. PM Narendrabhai Modiji’s resolve to build a developed India can be kept alive only when we live up to both service and security results through civil defense and home guard.
