SHOPIAN, 5 July:  With an aim to eradicate the drug menace from society, Shopian Police arrested one drug peddler on Wednesday.

As per prima facie, 18 Kg of a huge consignment of Poppy Straw has been recovered from his residence.

Police has registered the case under NDPS Act and set the investigation in motion.
