2 drug peddlers arrested in Sumbal by Bandipora Police, charas seized
In a significant crackdown on drug trafficking, Bandipora Police apprehended two alleged drug peddlers in Sumbal and seized a substantial quantity of contraband substance, Charas, from their possession.

The arrest was made during a targeted operation conducted by the Bandipora Police in the Sumbal area. Acting on credible intelligence, law enforcement officials swiftly moved in and detained the suspects.
The police recovered contraband substances identified as Charas, from the possession of the arrested individuals. The exact quantity of Charas seized has not been disclosed yet.
The case has been registered under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act at the police station.
The police are currently investigating the case to identify the source of the drugs and apprehend any other individuals involved in the drug peddling network.
