2 drug smugglers booked under NDPS Act in Kulgam, lodged in Central Jail Jammu
In a continued effort to combat the drug menace in the district, Kulgam Police have booked two notorious drug smugglers under the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
The accused have been identified as Sabzar Ahmad Rather, a resident of Malipora, and Sabzar Ahmad Bhat, a resident of Tarigam.

According to the police, both individuals had multiple cases registered against them for supplying drugs to the local youth of Kulgam.
Following their detention, Sabzar Ahmad Rather and Sabzar Ahmad Bhat were promptly transferred to the Central Jail Kot-Bhalwal in Jammu, pending further legal proceedings.
