2 peddlers held with huge consignment of Poppy Straw in Kulgam

KULGAM, 4 Aug: Launching a heavy crackdown on drug menace, Kulgam Police apprehended 2 drug peddlers with large haul of Poppy Straw.

As per prima-facie, 59 kg of Poppy Straw like contraband substance was recovered from their possession.

A case under the NDPS Act stands registered and Police has taken up further investigation.
