2 Police officials commended for exemplary honesty, integrity

JAMMU, 10 July 2023: Police officials deployed at Sarbal parking displayed exemplary honesty by returning a bag of a Shri Amarnath Ji devotee who had lost it during the yatra.
Their commendable efforts led to the successful return of a bag belonging to Yasoda Bain, wife of Manu Bhai, residing at A-9 Akash Ganga Society, IOC Road, Chand Khada, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

ASI of Traffic Wing of J&K Police Darshan Kumar and HC Satpal, who were deployed at Sarbal parking, discovered a bag containing various valuable items.

The bag, belonging to Yasoda Bain, held a substantial amount of Rs 80,000, a mobile phone and essential documents related to her yatra.

Recognizing the importance of the bag’s contents and the potential distress it could cause Yasoda Bain and her family, ASI Darshan Kumar and HC Satpal took immediate action. They promptly informed the appropriate authorities and ensured the safety and security of the bag.

In a truly heartwarming gesture, the bag was handed over to Yasoda Bain in the presence of her husband. The couple expressed their profound gratitude towards ASI Darshan Kumar and HC Satpal for their dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to their duty.
