3 accused arrested with sharp-edged weapon in Jammu’s RS Pura

JAMMU, 4 January 2024: Three accused persons who were on their way from RS Pura towards Bidhipur Jattan caught with sharp edged weapon by PS RS Pura Jammu

A police team of PS RS Pura while on patrolling duty at Bidhipur area under the jurisdiction of PS RS Pura received an information regarding some persons carrying sharp edged weapon. On this police teams stopped a vehicle bearing Registration No. JK14C 0822 for checking which was coming from RS Pura towards Bidhipur Jattan. During search of the vehicle one sharp edged weapon was recovered from the possession of accused later identified as : 1.) Vikram Singh S/O Kulbir Singh R/O Chandu Chak Suchetgarh District Jammu along with his associates namely 2.) Vishal choudhary S/o Dev Raj R/o Baspur and 3.) Balbir Singh S/O Jagdish Raj R/O Mana Tehsil Suchetgarh District Jammu .

On this case FIR No. 04/2024 U/S 4/25 Arms Act, 34 IPC, stands registered at Police Station R.S.Pura and accused were arrested.
