SRINAGAR, 21 AUG: A three-day National Workshop on ‘Panchayat with Good Governance’ begins at SKICC on Monday. The event was inaugurated virtually by the Union Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Giriraj Singh in the presence of LG Manoj Sinha and Union Minister of State for Panchayati Raj Kapil Moreshwar Pati.
