4th International Day of clean air for Blue Skies observed at Ramban

RAMBAN, SEPTEMBER 09: Department of AYUSH, under the aegis of Deputy Commissioner Ramban, Mussarat Islam, today conducted an awareness campaign on the theme ‘Together for Clean Air’  to mark the observance of  4th International Day of clean air for Blue Skies.

The campaign was held as part of the National Programme on Climate Change and Human Health on air pollution, its health effects and intervention at Oakfield International School, Parnote, Ramban.

As many as 150 students participated in the event in which group discussion on air pollution and health hazards was held.

 Dr. Masood Iqbal Zargar delivered a lecture on the theme “together for clean air”. The talented students of the host school showed their skills such as yoga asanas, dance skills and other talents.

Principal Oakfield International School, Sajad Ahmed appreciated the efforts of Ayush Department. Later, nourishment items were also given to the students by the staff of Ayush Department including Pharmacist, Senior Sashi Kant and Sajid Hussain.
