5. Stay Hydrated
Drink a lot of water to stay healthy. Water can help to prevent many health problems. One should avoid carbonated sugary drinks.
6. Have Good Sleep
Good sleep leads to a healthy lifestyle. Sound sleep for at least 6-7 hours will freshen up your mind and increase your energy level.
