7 missing persons reunited with families in Jammu
JAMMU, February 21: Seven different missing cases solved by Jammu Police in the area under the jurisdiction of PS Akhnoor and PP Bathindi.
A complaint was lodged at PS Akhnoor by legal heirs of a boy namely Aman Sharma S/o Vijay Kumar R/o Ambaran Tehsil Akhnoor, stating that he got missing from his home.
In this regard, a missing report vide DD No 22 got registered at PS Akhnoor and investigation started.
On this special police teams of PS Akhnoor led by SDPO Akhnoor Mohan Lal assisted by SHO PS Akhnoor Inspector Harjeet Singh did strenuous efforts and with the help of CCTV footages of the area finally traced the missing boy.
Similarly, another complaints were lodged at PP Bathindi by the legal heirs of 6 persons including 3 men and 3 ladies, stating that they all got missing from their respective homes.
In this regard, missing report got registered at PS Bahu Fort and investigation started.
On this special police teams of PP Bathindi led by SDPO East Syed Zaheer Abbas Jafari assisted by SHO PS Bahu Fort Inspr Nayat Ali and I/C PP Bathindi SI Shakil Ahmed who did strenuous efforts and finally traced all the missing persons.
Subsequently all the traced persons were handed over to their legal heirs after completing all the legal formalities.
