KISHTWAR, 1 Nov: Acting stringent towards visible offences, as amny as 83 vehicles have been challaned through CCTV surveillance system by Kishtwar for wrong parking and violation of other MV Act rules.

It is leant that the challans have been sent to the residence of violators.
