Modi Government becomes a ray of hope for Bazigar Banjara Samaj in Jammu Kashmir: Vibodh Gupta

JAMMU, April 08: BJP OBC Morcha in Continuation of their Campaign of Gaon Gaon Chalo, Ghar Ghar Chalo Abhiyaan holds Public Meeting in Bazigar Basti Akhnoor.

Vibodh Gupta (General Secretary BJP), Sunil Prajapati (State President BJP OBC Morcha), Sanjay Saraf (President Municipal Committee Akhnoor) were among the prominent present in the Program.

The Program was Organised by Raju Bazigar (State Secretary BJP OBC Morcha) and Janak Raj (District President BJP OBC Morcha Akhnoor).

Suresh Salgotra (Vice President BJP OBC morcha), Kewal Verma (State Secretary BJP OBC Morcha), Anil Balgotra (State Secretary BJP OBC Morcha), Surinder Sharma (Ex President Municipal committee Akhnoor ), Kuldeep Raj (Corporator), Raju Raja Ram (District President Banjara Committee), Kala Ram (Vice president), Ravi Kumar (Member), Krishan Lal (Member), Romesh Kumar (Member) were Present in the Program.

Vibodh Gupta while addressing said that Bazigar Banjara got their Constitutional rights only after the Abrogation of Article 370 and 35A in Jammu Kashmir. He said the Modi Government is committed for Welfare of Bazigar Banjara samaj and is doing great work for the welfare of OBCs .

He appealed to the Banjara Samaj to involve their children in getting a good Education for their welfare.

Sunil Prajapati said since 2014 Modi Government started many Schemes for the Welfare of OBCs like Post Matric Scholarship , National Fellowship for Scholars, Reservation in Public Sector Units, Reservation in Sainik Schools, Central Schools, Navodaya Vidhalya, OBC Vishkarma Yojna, Special Provision in New Education Policy. Creamy Layer increased from 6 lakhs to 8 Lakhs, free Vaccine, Covered Under Ayushman Bharat Scheme, Venture Capital Schemes for OBCs and many more benefits were given.

Later, Representative of Bazigar Banjara samaj demanded Permanent settlement rights from the Government and handed over a memorandum for the Land Settlement to Vibodh Gupta in Presence of Sunil Prajapati.
