DLSA Samba invites interested litigants to approach concerned Court fix their case

SAMBA, April 25: As directed by J&K Legal Services Authority to organize National Lok Adalat on 13.05.2023 for Pre Litigation and Post Litigation to reduce pendency of cases in Courts, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Samba, under the guidance of Ms. Sonia Gupta, Worthy Chairman, District Legal Services Authority (Pr. District & Sessions Judge), Samba is organising 2nd National Lok Adalat of the calendar year 2023 on May 13 in District Samba.

The DLSA has invited the litigants that if any of them is interested to settle his/her dispute or case in the said Lok Adalat amicably through Conciliation and Mediation he/she shall approach to the concerned Court and gets fixed his/her case in the said National Lok Adalat.
