2 held for drug peddling in Kulgam

KULGAM, 24 MAY: Launching a heavy crackdown on drug menace, Kulgam Police apprehended 2 drug peddlers on Wednesday.

The names of the accused who cropped up on the list were Manzoor Ahmed Mir and Mohan Singh.

As per prima-facie, 11.3 Kg of Poppy Straw has been recovered from their possession. Police has registered a case and taken up further investigation.
