GANDERBAL May 28:
PDP President Mehbooba Mufti paid obeisance at Tulmulla, Ganderbal on the eve of Mela Kheer Bhawani.
She described Kashmiri Pandits as “an important segment of Kashmiri ethos without which the very concept of Kashmiriyat is incomplete”.
