Humble Beginnings
What started in 1992 as a modest, four-member pilot project expanded into a firm with 20 colleagues in two years. The millennium brought a milestone moment for WTW as they began supporting the US business and brought their three offices under one roof in Vikhroli.
Fast forward to 2023, WTW’s India Global Delivery Center has more than 4,000 employees across four locations in addition to colleagues in their broking and consulting business. The center supports WTW businesses globally and is designed to deliver best-in-class service with a focus on innovative technology and a robust operations model.
