SAMBA, JUNE 09: In a proactive move towards efficient administration, Deputy Commissioner Samba, Abhishek Sharma today announced the establishment of a Facilitation Cell to assist entrepreneurs in setting up new Industries in the district.
The DC was chairing a meeting to review the change in land use cases and its related procedures.
This cell would provide comprehensive support and guidance to entrepreneurs and businesses seeking to establish their operations in the district. The Deputy Commissioner underlined the need to encourage individuals and organizations to take advantage of the facilitation cell’s services, thereby creating a favorable environment for the growth of industries in district Samba.
He stressed on expeditious and time-bound processing of the cases related to change in land use. “The applicants who furnish the requisite documents will experience a faster and smoother processing of their applications,” he said.
The Deputy Commissioner asked the stakeholder departments to encourage the entrepreneurs to explore the benefits of the New Central Sector Scheme for Industrial Development-2021. The scheme provides golden opportunity to individuals and businesses to avail the financial support for starting ventures in various sectors.
