Kavinder asks party cadre to gear up for Panchayat Polls in West Bengal

HOOGHLY (WEST BENGAL): Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, J&K, Kavinder Gupta asked the party cadre to gear up for Panchayat Polls announced by West Bengal Government.

BJP stalwart leader is currently on a month long comprehensive public relations campaign in West Bengal, aiming at connecting with the masses on a significant scale ahead of Lok Sabha polls. Kavinder chaired a meeting of party cadre to boost the morale of workers here at Party’s District Office, on the last day of Phase I of his campaign in the eastern state of the country.

It is pertinent to mention that WB Government has announced Panchayat polls in the state from July 8 and nominations for the same could be filed upto June 15.

Kavinder asked the party workers to disseminate information about the achievements of the Modi Government among the masses to convince people to extend massive support decimating all other parties in fray. He said that BJP’s prospects in the upcoming Panchayat and Lok Sabha polls are bright but then also the responsibility on the shoulders of ground level workers is enormous and therefore no one in the party should take things lightly.  

The senior BJP leader assured that the party will end all the miseries of the people by continuing with its magnificent policies which have transformed the country in the last over nine years. He said that people of West Bengal support BJP in the upcoming political battle to bring good governance in the State like other parts of the country as the region has lagged behind just because of a wrong decision taken by the people in the last Assembly polls.

Saying that better late than never, the senior BJP functionary said that people of West Bengal should vote BJP to power for ensuring double-engine government and colossal development of the region as under present State government the people are confronting hardships as never before.
