Surprise Inspection conducted in Bandipora Offices

Mark Biometric Attendance without fail: ADC

BANDIPORA, June 12: On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, Dr. Owais Ahmed and in an effort to ensure efficiency, transparency and accountability, the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bandipora, Umar Shafi Pandit on Monday conducted surprise inspections of various government offices located at mini secretariat, Bandipora.

The inspection was part of the commitment to maintain a high standard of public service delivery and enhance administrative functioning. 

The team thoroughly assessed the overall functioning of offices including workflow management, Biometric attendance and other records.

The ADC said that the primary aim of the inspection was to check adherence to biometric attendance, maintain punctuality and enhance public service delivery.

He said the inspections are conducted to uphold the highest standards of governance and public service.

During inspection, the ADC stresses on officers/officials to mark biometric attendance without fail and redress public grievances on priority.

The ADC was accompanied by ACR Bandipora Shabir Ahmad, Accounts officer to Deputy Commissioner and other concerned.
