Jan urges LG Admin to fill vacant posts expeditiously

JAMMU, June 15: Ajaz Jan, the Provincial President of the Youth National Conference (YNC) in Jammu, has made a fervent appeal to the LG administration of Jammu and Kashmir to expedite the process of filling vacant positions across all government departments.

Jan highlighted the urgent need to address the issue during a meeting held at Sher I Kashmir Bhavan in Jammu, which focused on various concerns and opportunities related to the youth.

During the meeting, Ajaz Jan expressed deep concern over the escalating drug activities in the state. He stressed the importance of proactive engagement from the younger generation in launching effective drug de-addiction programs to combat this menace. He encouraged the young brigade to actively participate and take the lead in initiatives aimed at eradicating drug abuse from society.

In addition to discussing these pressing issues, the meeting also served as an opportunity to congratulate Umesh Talashi, the newly appointed Additional Spokesperson of Kashmir, on his recent assignment. Ajaz Jan and his team extended their warm wishes and support to Talashi in his new role.

Prominent members present at the meeting included Gorav Kapoor, Senior Vice President of Jammu Province, Zamir Quershi, Provincial Secretary of Jammu YNC, Tejinder Singh, District President of Jammu Urban, as well as Nitish Goswami, Jatin Bhat, Sumita Bhan, and others.
