DC reviews issuance of Ayushman Sehat Cards, Aadhar updation at Udhampur

UDHAMPUR, June 15: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Sachin Kumar Vaishya today reviewed the progress of issuance of Ayushman Sehat Cards and Aadhar updation in the district, here at a meeting held in his office chamber.

The DC exhorted the officers to spread mass awareness among the general public regarding updation of Aadhar cards and activate men and machinery to cover the whole population under Aadhaar enrolment.  He set a one week deadline for completing the Aadhar enrolment of children between 0-5 years and 5 -18 years.

A slew of directions were issued to all the concerned to redouble efforts to achieve 100 percent target of registration of beneficiaries under Ayushman Sehat scheme in the district. The CMO was directed to conduct a prescription Audit in the District.

  Later, in another meeting, the DC discussed the land and other issues of the PMGSY road project from Railway Station Chari to Swail road. The DC directed the concerned to sort out the land issue immediately to avoid further delay in the construction of the Road project.

Chief Medical Officer, Dr Anil Manhas, PO ICDS, AD FCS&CA and other officers attended the meeting.
