Srinagar: 2 apprehended for kidnapping & sexually assaulting 2 minor girls

SRINAGAR, 7 July: With an aim to eradicate social crime from society, District Police Srinagar apprehended 2 persons for kidnapping and sexually assaulting 2 minor girls on Friday.

As per prima-facie, the accused have been the residents of Sopore and Baramulla.

Police has registered a case and taken up further investigation.

2 accused Hilal Rather(24) S/o Gh Mohd Rather R/o Haygam, Sopore & Shabir Mir (30) S/o Gh Mohd Mir R/o Kreeri Baramulla arrested for kidnapping & sexually assaulting 2 minor girls of 12 & 13 yrs, who were rescued.
