Fraudster booked for cheating & forgery with students promising MBBS admission in Iran

SRINAGAR, 14 July: A fraudster named Syed Abas Shah resident of  Wahabpora Budgam running educational consultancy ‘Dr Minds’ at Parraypora was apprehended for cheating & forgery with students by promising MBBS admission in Iran in lieu of money.

Students learnt about cheating & forgery post landing in Tehran, Iran. They spent months there without any admission even after paying in lakhs to this fraudster.

Police has registered a case under the relevant section of law and set in motion further investigation.
