DC Doda reviews grievances redressal mechanism

Asks officers to respond in 15 days, adhere to transparency as envisaged by LG’s Administration

           DODA, July 15: Deputy Commissioner, Doda Vishesh Mahajan today convened a meeting to review redressal of grievances received from LG office.

While directing for time bound disposal, the DC asked the Nodal Officer of each department to examine and respond to grievances in 15 days positively. The DC discussed 7 pending grievances on the portal pertaining to RDD, Health, Revenue and ULB. He instructed the officers concerned to dispose of the pending grievances within three working days and submit an action taken report to the DC office.

          He instructed the officers to take the public grievances received through Jammu and Kashmir Integrated Grievance Redressal and Monitoring System (JK-IGRAMS) or directly from the applicants, with utmost seriousness and exhibit the highest grade of accountability, and transparency in the system as envisaged by the LG Administration in the public administration.

          The meeting was attended by ADC Doda Dr Ravi Kumar Bharti, ACR Doda Sanjeev Kumar, CMO Doda Dr Hamid Zargar, DSWO Doda Tariq Qazi, Dy SP Headquarter Jaswant Singh, EO MC Doda Yousf-Ul-Umar, AD Planning ACD office, and other concerned officials.
