THSC awards Primero skills with Best Social Impact Award
Primero Skills awarded as the best social impact company in India for the third time in a row in last 4 years
The Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council (THSC) mapped Primero’s initiatives in the hospitality sector of training over 14,000 youth with over 60% females for 282000 hours.
The initiative resulted in over 8800 first time jobs in complete households.

Delhi, 19th July 2023: The Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council (THSC) today recognised and felicitated Primero Skills & Training for the impact of their skilling initiative in Delhi at the hands of Mr. Rajan Bahadur , CEO, THSC
Primero has worked extensively with Police stations across Delhi, Chandigarh, Kashmir, Mizoram and Uttar Pradesh for providing skill training inside the police stations.
Their state of the art Yuva training centre has been operational since 2022. It has been recognised by Hon’ble LG Govt of Delhi along with Secretary, MSDE and Commissioner Delhi Police for producing hundreds of job beneficiaries from the training centre with over 22 top hospitality brands in India hiring from the Yuva Centre.
Primero at present executing one of the largest projects of training 1020 inmates in partnership with THSC inside India’ s largest jail. This is one of the largest training size ever to have been undertaken at one go in any restricted zone ever in India. Launched by Honble LG of Delhi in the first quarter of this year it has been widely acclaimed by stakeholders including industry leaders who have frequently visited the training programme to experience first hand the quality of delivery.
Mr. Rajan Bahadur , CEO, THSC said, “Primero has done outstanding work in the area of skill development .
