Four Gamblers held near Govt Degree College Pattan with ₹8,300 Stake Money: Baramulla Police
BARAMULLA July 25: In a recent crackdown on illegal gambling activities, J&K apprehended four individuals engaged in a card game near the Government Degree College Pattan. Acting on a tip-off, law enforcement officers swiftly intervened, leading to the arrest of the suspects. Upon inspection, a considerable sum of ₹8,300, suspected to be the stakes for the illicit gambling session, was seized from the scene.
Police registered a case against the gamblers to uphold the law and discourage such unlawful activities in the area.
