Crude oil futures decline on low demand

New Delhi, Jul 25 (PTI) Crude oil futures on Tuesday declined by 0.15 per cent to Rs 6,451 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for August delivery fell by Rs 10 or 0.15 per cent to Rs 6,451 per barrel with a business volume of 9,918 lots.

Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil was trading 0.04 per cent lower at USD 78.71 per barrel, and Brent crude was down 0.10 per cent to USD 82.66 per barrel in New York.
