Army Chief visits Siachen Glacier; reviews operational preparedness

JAMMU, 27 July 2023: Chief of Army Staff General Manoj Pande visited frozen frontiers of Siachen Glacier and reviewed the operational preparedness.

Army Chief also laid a wreath at Siachen War Memorial to honour the brave hearts who have made the supreme sacrifice at the World’s Highest Battlefield.

While interacting with the brave soldiers, General Manoj Pande lauded them for their tenacity and perseverance under the most challenging conditions and also exhorted them to continue working with the same zeal and motivation.
