Pension Adalat held at D.H.Pora

KULGAM, July 26: A Pension Adalat was held today by the office of Accountant General (A&E) at the Community Centre DH Pora, here.

The Pension Adalat was held in coordination with the District Treasury Officer and Sub-Treasury DH Pora under supervision of Sub-Divisional Magistrate Noorabad, Bashir Ul Hassan and District Treasury Officer, Kulgam, Mohmmad Rameez Khan.

The Deputy Accountant General Sudhakar Pinglay along with his team of seven officers patiently heard the issues /grievances of pensioners/family pensioners and pension sanctioning authorities/DDOs and resolved several issues on the spot.

Sub-District Magistrate was chief guest on the occasion and he thanked the Deputy A.G for organizing this pension adalat in such a remote and far-flung area of Kulgam district.

He urged Deputy A.G for organizing such events in other areas too.

Deputy Accountant General appreciated the efforts of Sub-District Magistrate Noorabad, District Treasury Officer, Kulgam, and Sub-Treasury Officer DH Pora for making this pension adalat fruitful and successful.

It is worth mentioning that most of the DDOs of the District Kulgam attended the pension adalat.

Moreover, a good number of pensioners also attended the pension adalat.

District Treasury Officer Kulgam thanked the A.G for patiently hearing the issues of pensioners/DDOs.
