4 missing persons reunited with family in Rajouri

RAJOURI, 2 August 2023: Four missing persons have been reunited with their families by Rajouri police while investigating the cases of missing registered in police post Rajouri city.

Four missing reports have subsequently been closed by police that include DDR NO. 20 Dated 21/07/2017 of missing of a girl from Ward 10 Rajouri city, DDR NO. 13 Dated 16/02/2019 of missing of a girl from Peer Kanju, DDR NO. 05 Dated 06/09/2020 of a married girl from Namblan village of Rajouri tehsil,
DDR NO. 04 Dated 16/02/2022 of missing of a boy from Rajouri city ward 09 and DDR NO. 11 Dated 20/01/2023 of missing of a boy from ward 12 of Rajouri city.

These missing reports were filed in police post Rajouri city during past and a team headed by PSI Sahil Choudhary, Incharge Police Post Rajouri city was probing the cases with all these missing person have been traced now and reunited with their families.

The missing reports/cases have subsequently been closed.

Rajouri Police appeals to everyone to ensure that a positive atmosphere prevails in society and any kind of domestic issue is sorted out in a friendly atmosphere to prevent any person from taking extreme step.

He said that there are multiple institutions established by Government alongside police institutions where any person can approach with his / her grievances that will be settled in a time bound manner.
