GDC Vijaypur celebrates Angdaan Mahotsav

SAMBA, August 03: NSS Unit (KHIDMAT) of GDC Vijaypur celebrated Angdaan Mahotsav under the aegis of Meri Mati Mera Desh in the college campus by spreading awareness among the students and NSS volunteers of the college about the importance of organs and tissue donation.

Speaking on the occasion, Principal, Dr. Vandana Gupta emphasised upon organ donation while dispelling associated myths and misconceptions. Furthermore, she administered pledge to the students and college staff.

The program was coordinated by Dr. Naseem Chowdhary (NSS PO) and Dr. Shittal Sharma (Convenor NSS) and Co-coordinated by Prof. Poonam Kundan (Convenor Cultural Committee) and Prof. Anil Bhagat (HoD Commerce).
