DIPR Kishtwar centre conducts plantation under Vasudha Vandhan  

KISHTWAR, August 10: In a remarkable stride towards the Meri Maati Mera Desh Campaign’s Vasudha Vandhan initiative, the Department of Information & Public Relations (DIPR), Kishtwar conducted  a dynamic plantation drive. Teaming up with the Department of Floriculture Kishtwar, a concerted effort was made to rejuvenate the  green ambience in the complex.

Under the supervision of District Information Officer Maneet Kumar Sharma, the DIPR Kishtwar and the Floriculture Department took up the task of nurturing saplings within the office premises.

During the event, DIO emphasized the urgency of conducting more such impactful plantation drives to pave the way for a pristine environment. He fervently encouraged the staff to be the custodians of nature by fostering an abundance of trees, thus safeguarding our mother earth well-being. The driving force behind this initiative is to ignite consciousness about tree planting and environmental preservation, encapsulating the campaign’s core vision.

Staff of DIPR Kishtwar and Assistant Floriculture Officer’s Office enthusiastically took part in the drive.
