DC Rajouri reviews activity plan for “Meri Maati Mera Desh”, Har Ghar Tiranga campaigns
RAJOURI, August 11: The Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal convened a crucial meeting to review the activities under the “Meri Maati Mera Desh” and Har Ghar Tiranga initiatives.
The meeting was attended by ADC Rajouri, Rajeev Kumar Khajuria; CPO, Mohammad Khurshid; ACP, Sheraz Chowhan; and ZSWB representative, Colonel Javaid; EXEN PWD(R&B) Rajouri, Sardar Khan; EXEN PDD Rajouri, Tasadaq Hussain and EXEN Jal Shakti Rajouri, Ashwini Sharma.
During the meeting, the officials discussed the significant strides made in the initiatives aiming to strengthen the bond between citizens and their homeland, as well as promote national pride by adorning every household with the national flag.
One of the focal points of the discussion was addressing the issues faced by the retired soldiers. The DC assured that the genuine concerns would be redressed in a time bound manner.
The “Meri Maati Mera Desh” and “Har Ghar Tiranga” initiatives have gained widespread support and participation from the local community, reinforcing the unity and pride that define the spirit of the nation. These initiatives and the collective effort of various stakeholders, continue to foster a sense of patriotism and responsibility among citizens.
The Deputy Commissioner expressed his gratitude to the attending officials, representatives, and all those involved in making these initiatives successful. He highlighted that these efforts contribute significantly to the larger goal of building a strong and united India.
Meanwhile, the DC also reviewed the arrangements being made for the independence Day Celebrations and asked the concerned officers to put in place added efforts to make the event a grand success in the district.
