“When I read script, I was scared”: Nushrratt Bharuccha shares her experience of upcoming film ‘Akeli’

New Delhi [India], August 18 (ANI): Actor Nushrratt Bharuccha, on Friday, shared her experience when she was narrated the script of her upcoming film, ‘Akeli’. 

Talking exclusively to ANI, Nushrratt said, “The experience was good. I was scared when I read the script as the story was very sensitive. I was worried about how will I do this role.”

“The movie has to be done very responsibly as the story was very sensitive. So, it is very important to know what should we do or not do in these sensitive matters,” she added.

Nushrratt also told that the team was very amazing. She said, “Every person in the team was giving his/her opinions on how to shoot that particular scene. So, we all are connected to this. 

“I was not alone but the name of the movie is ‘Akeli’,” she added. 

Nushrratt shared her views on doing women-oriented films. She said, “I have not thought about doing women-centric movies but doing it.” 

Nushrratt said that she is not interested in directing the films. “I am not interested in direction, it is not my department. I am happy doing acting only,” she said. 

‘Akelli’ is helmed by Pranay Meshram, who has worked as an associate director for various projects and will debutant as a director with this film.

The film is produced by Dashami Studioz’ Nitin Vaidya, Ninad Vaidya, and Aparna Padgaonkar along with Vicky Sidana & Shashant Shah.

‘Akeli’ is all set to release on August, 18.
