ISRO has brought laurels to India: Dr. Manyal

August 23 Jammu Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, Jammu and Kashmir BJP General Secretary & former minister, while congratulating the countrymen on the successful landing of Chandrayaan, said that the Indian Space Research Centre (ISRO) has brought laurels to the nation and the entire team deserves salute.

Dr. Manyal said that it is a big achievement and today India gained a position at par with just 2-3 such countries of the world which had been accepted as the nations having top rated space technology.

“The hard work and the focussed team work of scientists and different other wings of the ISRO has raised the heads of 140 crore Indians high”, Dr. Manyal said and added that every Indian is proudly claiming that he/she has reached the moon today.

The BJP leader said that no project, small or big, can be completed without the active support of the government and the dispensation under  Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended every kind of required help and encouragement to the ISRO in its one of the most difficult and challenging mission, for which the entire nation will remain indebited to PM Modi.

Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal further said that the world stands witness to the fact that during the past nine years, India has moved fast on the path of progress and prosperity, achieving milestones in one field or the other at global level. Like world has acknowledged India as one of the fastest growing economy at world level, it has also been universally accepted that India is now one of the safe destination for foreign investments.

Now, with the safe and successful landing of the Chandrayaan, India has added a big feather in its cap, thus making the world community realize that this country is no less in the field of science and technology also and can march shoulder to shoulder with others in most difficult missions.
