SDM Gool discusses arrangements for R-Day celebrations

RAMBAN, January 11: Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Gool, Tanveer-Ul-Majid   today convened a meeting of stakeholder departments to discuss the arrangements for the celebration of Republic Day- 2023 at Sub-Divisional Headquarters, Gool.

The meeting held threadbare discussions on various arrangements to be put in place at the venue for the national function, including preparation and consolidation of the venue ground, podium, security, seating, transportation, barricading, parking, electricity, healthcare, availability of ambulance, deployment of fire tenders and sanitation measures.

While discussing arrangements, the SDM emphasized that all the necessary arrangements regarding security shall be ensured at the venue.  

Police department was asked to ensure all security related arrangements.  Similar instructions were also issued to the Health Department for providing health care facilities whereas the Fire and Emergency Department was asked to keep ready their fire tenders to meet any emergency.
