As part of the two days “Voter Chetna Abhiyan” today BJP J&K General Secretary and former MLC Vibodh Gupta accompanied by senior party leaders organised a door-to-door campaign at Ward No. 52, Polling Booth No. 58, Vaishnavi enclave, South Extension Trikuta Nagar. The programme is a significant stride towards strengthening the democratic fabric of our nation.
Speaking on the occasion, Vibodh said that this campaign is designed to raise voter awareness and promote active participation of citizens in the electoral process. Such programmes, Vibodh said will ensure that every citizen exercises their fundamental right to vote and contribute to the nation’s progress. Vibodh also highlighted that this “Voter Chetna Abhiyan” underscores the pivotal role that informed and responsible citizens play in shaping the destiny of the nation.
While highlighting the achievements of Prime Minister Modi led BJP Government, Vibodh said that today every Indian is taking pride on the fact that India has successfully landed on the Moon through Chandrayaan 3 at Shivshakti site. This he said will give further boost to our space programme. He called upon every voter to realise the fact that today PM Modi has united every Indian and we together own every success of the nation.
In her address BJP District President Ms. Rekha Mahajan said that “Vote Chetna Abhiyan” reflects the BJP’s commitment to democracy and its dedication to fostering an engaged and enlightened electorate. This initiative she said aligns to the BJP’s core values of inclusive governance, transparency and citizen participation.
