Tehsildar Pargwal reviews Arrangements for Republic Day celebration 2023

JAMMU, January 12: Tehsildar Pargwal, Manjeet Singh, today chaired a meeting of the concerned officers to discuss and finalise the arrangements for the smooth celebration of Republic Day 2023.

Officers present in the meeting included BDO Pargwal, Ananth Diwedi, IAS Prob; Principal GHSS Pargwal Neetu Gandotra, Medical Officer Pargwal, Naib Tehsildar Pargwal, Station House Officer Khour, AEE(PWD) Jourian, AEE PHE, representatives from Army, Police and sectoral Officers.

Threadbare discussion was held on decoration of the main venue ground, seating arrangements, uninterrupted power supply, drinking water/tanker service, barricading of venue, availability of ambulance, deployment of fire tenders, transportation facilities, invitations, cleanliness and sanitation measures were held in the meeting.

The meeting decided to hold the main function in the Govt. Higher Secondary School Pargwal, where the National flag would be unfurled by the Chief Guest.
