Sunderbani Congress pays homage to martyred army and policemen
REASI, September 15:- Congress today took out an impressive anti terrorists rally in Sunderbani ,raising anti terrorists,anti pak slogans and paid rich homage to the martyred Army and police officers and jawans of Kokernag and Treyath – kalakote gun fight.
Led by JKPCC Chief Spokesperson Ravinder Sharma Ex MLC , Block President NC Sharma and other senior Congress and Youth Congress leaders, the rally passed through main bazar to bus stand before paying homage to the martyrs at a shradhanjli smaroh in the main chowk,today evening.
A large number of youth Congress activists & others joined the rally to register protest against Pakistan and demanded that Pakistan be declared a terrorist state and isolated by world.
Lauding the Indian army, security forces and police for the bravery and their sacrifices to eliminate terrorism , JKPCC Chief Spokesperson questioned BJP government for the false claims of total normalcy and failure to contain Pakistan and get it isolated economically in the international community.
Seeking apology from the prime minister and the top brass of BJP for continuing with celebrations in the BJP Hq Delhi and exchanging flowers over the G_20,when nation was mourning the supreme sacrifice of our young army and police officers and jawans. He termed it shameful and insult to the martyrs.
Block President NC Sharma also paid homage to the martyrs and termed shameful the BJP event in Delhi, when nation was in shock. He asked Modi government to take concrete steps to teach Pakistan, a lesson and eliminate terrorism.
