‘Shwachhta Hi Seva- Swachhta Run’ event to be held on 26th September 2023

Run to start from Abdullah Park Wayil to Mini Secretariat Ganderbal

GANDERBAL, SEPTEMBER 21: The District Administration Ganderbal has scheduled ‘Shwachhta Hi Seva- Swachhta Run’, on 26th September 2023 at 06.30 AM.

Cash Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions will be Rs 10000, Rs 5000 and Rs 3000 respectively besides appreciation certificates for next 10 positions will be awarded by the Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal at Mini Secretariat Ganderbal after culmination of the Run.

Pertiently, ‘Shwachhta Hi Seva’ is an annual cleanliness and sanitation campaign that aims to raise awareness about the importance of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities.

The ‘Shwachhta Run’ is an integral part of this campaign, promoting fitness and a clean environment simultaneously.

This event will bring together officers, residents, volunteers, and organizations dedicated to fostering a cleaner and healthier environment in the district.
