Social Welfare Department to organize Free Aid Distribution Camps for PwDs in Poonch

POONCH, January 14: In an effort to provide aid and assistance to Divyang Jan (PwDs) in Poonch district, the District Social Welfare Office has partnered with the Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO) to organize a series of camps. These camps, which are being held under the ADIP Scheme of the Government of India, will offer free distribution of aids and appliances to those in need.

The camps will take place at various locations including Dak Banglow Surankote on January 16, Government Higher Secondary School in Bufliaz on January 17, Dak Banglow Mandi on January 18, Dak Banglow Loran on January 19, Government High School Sathra on January 20, Dak Banglow Mendhar on January 21, Government Higher Secondary School Dhargloon on January 22, and Government Girls Middle School Mankote on January 23. The camps aim to provide support and assistance to PwDs in the district, and provide them with the necessary tools to improve their quality of life.
