DC discusses proposed site plan for construction of Mini Secretariat Building in Rajouri

RAJOURI, October 13: In a major development for Rajouri district, Deputy Commissioner Vikas Kundal chaired a key meeting to discuss the site plan for the construction of the Mini Secretariat building.

The meeting focused on the detailed planning and execution of the construction project. The proposed site for the Mini Secretariat spans an impressive 88 kanals and 14 marlas of land, underlining the significance of this project in terms of infrastructural development for the district.

Deputy Commissioner opened the meeting by highlighting the importance of the Mini Secretariat in enhancing the administrative capabilities of Rajouri. He emphasized the need for a facility that will serve as a central hub for various government departments, thereby streamlining administrative processes and improving public service delivery.

He along with the other officers, reviewed the proposed site plan in detail, considering factors such as accessibility, environmental impact, and future expansion possibilities.

The meeting was attended by the Chief Planning Officer, Mohammad Khurshid and Executive Engineer of the Public Works Department (R&B) Rajouri, Sardar Khan.
