Sheep Husbandry Department Nyoma organises Mobile Veterinary Health Camp in Leh’s Mudh

LEH, October 21: To promote the health and well-being of livestock in the region, the Sheep Husbandry Department Nyoma organised a Mobile Veterinary Health Camp at the Thangra grazing area of Mudh Village.

The event witnessed the active participation of the local community and aimed to address the healthcare needs of their livestock.

The team from the Sheep Husbandry Department Nyoma treated a total of 80 cases for various diseases and ailments, ensuring the animals received prompt and appropriate medical attention.

In addition to the treatment provided, the department also raised awareness among breeders about various departmental schemes and the numerous advantages of livestock rearing. Through informative sessions and interactions, the breeders were enlightened about the benefits of proper animal care and management.
