Congress used J&K as an ATM: Vibodh
Budhal (Rajouri) 2 November : BJP’s J&K General Secretary and former MLC, Vibodh Gupta, while addressing a public gathering in Budhal on Friday, emphasized that permanent progress and peace form the cornerstone of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision on Jammu and Kashmir.
“Jammu and Kashmir always underwent political instability when Congress, PDP and NC were in power. Speaking about the development of Rajouri-Poonch, Vibodh stated that the Modi government has undertaken various initiatives, including constructing highways, circular roads, tunnels, and providing political reservations for Gujjars, as well as reservations for Paharis in state government jobs, leaving no stone unturned in ensuring the prosperity of the area. Later he engaged with the locals, attentively heard their grievances, and promised to raise these matters to the relevant authorities for prompt resolution.
Speaking on the occasion, senior BJP leader Dev Raj Sharma highlighted the remarkable progress in various sectors, including infrastructure, economic growth, and social welfare that Jammu and Kashmir witnessed under the Modi government. He praised the government’s commitment to fostering peace and creating a conducive environment for overall development.
BJP leader Manzoor Naik also spoke on the occasion and emphasized that the Modi government has empowered marginalized sections of the society through several welfare measures. He lauded the government’s commitment to the policy of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas and Sabka Vishwaas.
