B2V-5 commences at Kulgam; Special Secretary Education, other VOs visit respective panchayats
DC visits several panchayats, takes stock of arrangements & ongoing proceedings
KULGAM, NOVEMBER 07: The fifth phase of ‘Back to Village Programme’ (B2V5) which is J&K Government’s flagship public outreach, participation and feedback programme commenced today at Kulgam.
On the occasion, the Visiting Officers (VOs)/ Prabhari Officers visited their respective panchayats, interacted with the public and undertook review of previous and current year deliverables with special focus on improving e-services penetration, user experience for greater accessibility etc.
Special Secretary Education, Naseer Ahmad Wani visited Pahloo Panchayat and interacted with the people and took stock of development.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-ud-Din Bhat also visited several Panchayats in the district and took stock of arrangements and proceedings in these panchayats.
He said that all requisite arrangements have been put in place across the district for smooth conduct of the outreach programme.
He added that today’s programme started in 84 Panchayats and in the next phase which will start on 9th November, more 94 panchayats will be covered.
He also urged the people for their active participation in the programme.
