Modi Govt fully committed for development of J&K: Kavinder
Kick-start development works at Jammu Cantonment
JAMMU, November 09: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Central Government headed by the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi stand fully committed for the development of Jammu and Kashmir. The unprecedented overall development of J&K witnessed today is the result of this sincere commitment of BJP led Government at the Centre for the progress and prosperity of this sensitive Union Territory and its people.
This was stated by senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta while starting development work of lanes and drains at Belicharana, Ward No. 6 of Jammu Cantonment Board. Vinay Gupta, senior BJP leader, Bharat Bhushan, Vice Chairman Cantonment Board, Narinder Koki, Rachit Khosla, Suraj Raina, Avtar Singh, Amrik Singh and Hans Raj also accompanied the former Deputy Chief Minister.
Speaking on the occasion, Kavinder Gupta said that BJP believes in ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikaas and Sabka Vishwas’ as a result of which the party has been progressing by leaps and bounds with each passing day. He said that it is the performance of the party and its government on ground especially in terms of development that speaks for itself. He said that while the government stands committed to overall development of every area especially in Jammu and Kashmir it is necessary that people also ensure proactive participation by monitoring the works especially the quality of material used in the developmental works.
Kavinder said that the Union Govt led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched a series of schemes for the common people across the nation. He said that these schemes cover every section of the society. He asked party cadre to disseminate information about Modi Govt’s flagship schemes in each and every household of Gandhi Nagar constituency so that the benefit of such schemes reaches right upto the tail ender in the line of common people.
Referring to work started today, Kavinder said the execution of works has been initiated and it will be completed with no compromise on the quality of work so that people don’t have to suffer in the future.
