Jammu-Srinagar NHW Traffic to be closed for four hours on Nov 24-25 nights for Nashri Viaduct-1 Girder Launch
In order to ensure the safety of the general populace, travellers, and drivers, the District Magistrate of Ramban has ordered the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) to suspend traffic between Nashri and NAVYUG Tunnel on November 24, 2023 (intervening night of 23/24) from 0000 hours to 0400 hours and on November 25, 2023 (intervening night of 24/25) from 0000 hours to 0400 hours.

This traffic suspension is necessary to facilitate the launching of girders at Nashri viaduct-1 (Nashri to Lucky Dhaba stretch) and the fixing of jet fans at Perrah and Tunnel T5.
Travellers are advised to plan their journeys accordingly and avoid using the affected stretch during the specified times.
